Terms of Service
1. Parties
«Operator» / «we» — Affmid Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Companies House No. 15282117, registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK. E-mail: hi@affmid.com. «Customer» / «you» — the natural or legal person who signs up on the Platform.
2. The Service
Affmid is an advertising network that promotes Telegram channels by acquiring relevant subscribers. We offer three ad formats: Inhouse (CPF-based subscribers from $0.10), Native (media-plan custom placements), and Premium (custom-quoted). Service is delivered through the dashboard at affmid.com / affmid.co.uk and the Telegram Mini App.
3. Account
You must keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You can close your account anytime by writing to hi@affmid.com.
4. Pricing & Billing
– Prepayment model: you top up your Affmid balance, campaigns are charged against it; – Pricing is shown in USD by default. For UK customers we can invoice in GBP at the prevailing rate; – Affmid Ltd is currently below the UK VAT registration threshold (£85,000) and issues VAT-exempt invoices; – Accepted payment methods: Plisio (crypto: USDT, BTC, ETH), Payoneer (bank transfers), bePaid (BSB Bank cards — BYN/USD/EUR), and individually-quoted SWIFT for enterprise.
5. Customer obligations & content rules
You agree not to promote channels with: – illegal content (drugs, weapons, terrorism, CSAM, etc.); – content prohibited by Telegram Terms of Service; – financial instruments or services without proper authorisation (regulated by the FCA in the UK, SEC/FINRA in the US); – adult/explicit material targeted at minors; – deceptive or fraudulent offers. We reserve the right to refuse or stop any campaign that, in our reasonable judgement, breaches this clause — with full refund of unused funds.
6. Anti-fraud & quality
We filter incoming subscribers for bots and low-quality traffic. If our anti-fraud system flags subscribers as invalid, they are not billed. You will not be charged for non-human traffic.
7. Liability
The Service is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Consumer rights (UK)
If you use Affmid as a consumer (not in the course of business), you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to a refund or repeat performance if our service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Consumer rights (US)
If you are a US consumer, these Terms do not waive any non-waivable rights you have under your state's consumer-protection laws. California customers may exercise CCPA rights regarding their personal data — see the Privacy Policy. Disputes are subject to clause 10 below.
9. Suspension & termination
Either party may terminate at any time on written notice (email). On termination, we refund the unused balance within 14 days to the same payment method used to top up. We may suspend immediately and without notice in case of suspected fraud or breach of clause 5.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of England & Wales, except that you (as a consumer) may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by email correspondence over a period of 30 days.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
